0.25 to 50 GHz Broadband Driver Amplifier

QuinStar Technology, Inc., is pleased to introduce our new 0.25 to 50 GHz extra broadband power amplifier (QGW-00501533-J2). The output power is +18 dBm typical, +15 dBm min. over 0.25 to 50.0 GHz frequency range. The measured gain of this amplifier is 42 dB typical, 37 dB min.

2 to 6 GHz 15 Watts Broadband Power Amplifier

QuinStar Technology, Inc., is pleased to introduce our new 2 to 6 GHz 15W broadband power amplifier (QPJ-02064230-A0). This power amplifier utilizes unique power combining techniques to deliver 15 watts (+42 dBm) output power with flatness of ± 0.50 over 2.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range.
